ISOeyes offers 7 types of eye chart fronts for the 30×60 cm LED eye chart panel

Eye chart fronts that are sized similar to “the old lightboxes” – but that’s where all comparisons end… The eye chart fronts are standardly available as 3-meter charts but can be calibrated for any distance between 2.5 and 6 meters. Equipped with the measurement units: Fraction, decimal, LogMAR, and VAR score. Easily mounted on the ISOeyes LED eye chart panel 30×60 cm with magnetic attachment.

We supply many other optotype constellations and test distances. Choose Custom design at a modest additional cost.

Therefore, there is no need to adjust for difficulty in the same way as with other figure-based optotypes.  Read more

OPTIMUM

LANDOLT C

Landolt “C” eye charts are considered the reference standard among eye charts. The use of a single optotype “C” makes the test universal and the eye test results easily comparable. Illiterate individuals and patients who are not familiar with the Latin alphabet can identify the direction of the broken or missing segment of the letter C. The Landolt C chart is also excellent for detecting signs of astigmatism.

Test distances between
2,5 and 6 meters

The eye charts front for the 30×60 panel can be supplied as a standard 3 meter or 6 meter eye charts front, but can also be produced calibrated at all distances between 2.5 and 6 metres. So it’s an eye charts that fits any clinic room – and never needs to be recalculated!

ISOeyes lives up to
“The Golden Standard”

30 x 60 eye charts from ISOeyes complies with all internationally recognized basic geometric principles for the construction of sight charts and optotypes.

ISO 8596 and the Health Authority

The chart construction is done in full accordance with ISO 8596 and the National Chart of Health’s newest guidelines on the use of a logarithmic scale and construction with the crowding effect “the inverted pyramid”

Correct light and remote control

With eye charts from ISOeyes you can set the brightness and color temperature and compensate for the light conditions of the clinic room, so that a truthful vision test environment is created.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

An eye chart from ISOeyes consists of 2 elements + a remote control:

  • A flat, energy-saving LED panel available in 4 sizes. It is easy to mount on the wall and connects to 220V, with the option for concealed wiring.

  • Add one or more easily replaceable chart fronts that feature optotypes arranged in a logarithmic layout, fully compliant with ISO 8596 and the latest guidelines from the Danish Health Authority. Used for screening hyperopia (farsightedness), amblyopia (lazy eye), astigmatism, and anisometropia (refractive errors and imbalances). Myopia (nearsightedness) is better tested with a dedicated near vision tester from ISOeyes.

  • The panel comes with a remote control that allows you to adjust the brightness and color tone to suit the specific clinic room, creating an optimal vision test environment.

Individual vision test distance? We deliver!

  • If the best placement for the patient in your clinic room is 3.5 meters from the chart, why not get an eye chart solution calibrated for that distance? No need for post-calculations; the measurement results will match!

  • At ISOeyes, the standard distances are 3 or 6 meters, and we stock various Optotypes for these distances, which can be delivered within 2-3 business days. If an eye chart needs to be delivered at, for example, 3.6 meters, it will be produced as a special order with a small additional cost and 5 extra days for delivery.

Wood look or color for the frame?

  • The standard frame color of the chart front is white, but for a small additional cost, the chart front can be delivered with a frame in wood look or a desired color (RAL or NCS), so that the charts match the clinic’s profile and overall design. Read more.
