ISOeyes updates the old light box with new fairing eye chart inserts

The old eye chart inserts have, among other things, not the required LogMAR measurement units

>> See information and prices for all available variants <<

Over the years, many doctors and healthcare workers have acquired eye charts – light boxes with eye chart fronts which no longer meet the Health Authority’s guidelines regarding, among other things, the construction of the eye chart, the measurement units and sizes of the optotypes used.

By replacing the eye chart fronts in the light boxes, these defects are rectified.
Replacement charts have so far been produced for the version of the light boxes that measure 39×62 cm.  Others upon request.

COMBINATION REPLACEMENT EYE CHART INSERTS
for 39x62cm light box

Combination charts are equipped with both adult and child optotypes on the same eye chart. This eliminates the need to switch between adult and child charts.

The combination eye chart inserts are available in 3-meter versions. Others upon request.
Equipped with measurement units: Fraction, Decimal, LogMAR, and VAR score.
They are installed as replacements for outdated eye charts found in many light boxes.

LANDOLT C & TUMBLING E

The Landolt C eye charts are considered the reference standard among eye charts. The use of a single optotype “C” makes the test universal and the eye test results easily comparable. Illiterate individuals and patients who are not familiar with the Latin alphabet can identify the direction of the broken or missing segment of the letter C. The Landolt C chart is also excellent for detecting signs of astigmatism.

Tumling E is an alternative to figure-based eye charts. The use of a single optotype “E” makes the test universal and the eye test results easily comparable. Illiterate individuals and patients who are not familiar with the Latin alphabet can identify the direction in which the “E” is facing.
